This Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) describes how eligible individuals may enter a Rafl.ai Monthly Pooled Sweepstakes without making a purchase. This AMOE is incorporated into and made part of the applicable Official Rules for the monthly sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between this page and the Official Rules, the Official Rules will control.
1. Eligibility
The AMOE is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Rafl.ai, participating merchants, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible.
2. No Purchase Necessary
You may enter the applicable Rafl.ai Monthly Pooled Sweepstakes without making a purchase by using one of the free entry methods described below.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
3. How to Enter for Free
Eligible individuals may submit a free entry during the applicable Sweepstakes Period using one of the following methods, as made available by Sponsor for the applicable monthly sweepstakes.
Option A: Online Free Entry Form
To enter online without making a purchase, visit the designated AMOE page for the applicable monthly sweepstakes and complete the free entry form by providing all requested information, which may include:
- full legal name,
- valid email address,
- mailing address,
- telephone number, and
- any required eligibility confirmations.
All required fields must be completed truthfully and accurately. Incomplete, inaccurate, false, or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified.
Option B: Mail-In Entry
If Sponsor offers a mail-in AMOE option for the applicable monthly sweepstakes, hand-print your:
- full legal name,
- complete mailing address,
- valid email address,
- telephone number, and
- month/year of the applicable sweepstakes
on a standard 3″ x 5″ card, and mail it in a standard envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the deadlines stated on the applicable monthly promotion page or Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or postage-due mail.
4. Entry Period
AMOE entries must be submitted during the applicable monthly Sweepstakes Period stated in the Official Rules and on the applicable promotion page.
Any AMOE submission received before the start of the Sweepstakes Period or after the end of the Sweepstakes Period for the applicable monthly sweepstakes will be void and ineligible.
5. Entry Limits
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable monthly Official Rules or promotion page, there is a maximum of five hundred (500) total entries per person per monthly sweepstakes, regardless of entry method.
This limit applies across all entry methods combined, including purchase-based entries and free AMOE entries.
Any attempt to exceed the stated entry cap by using multiple identities, email addresses, aliases, automated methods, devices, or any other means may result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Equal Treatment of AMOE Entries
All valid AMOE entries will be treated the same as all other eligible entries for the applicable monthly sweepstakes.
Each valid AMOE entry will receive the same chance of winning as any other valid entry submitted during the same monthly sweepstakes, subject to the maximum entry limit and the Official Rules.
If the applicable sweepstakes allows multiple entries through a purchase-based method, Sponsor may allow corresponding AMOE entries up to the same stated maximum number of total entries per person for the applicable monthly sweepstakes.
7. Conditions of Entry
By submitting an AMOE entry, you agree to:
- comply with the Official Rules and this AMOE page;
- provide truthful, complete, and accurate information;
- accept Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding; and
- allow Sponsor to contact you regarding the sweepstakes, winner verification, or prize fulfillment.
AMOE submissions that are incomplete, illegible, mechanically reproduced, altered, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these rules may be void.
8. Random Drawing
Winners for each monthly sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period, including valid AMOE entries and any other valid entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Verification
Potential winners who entered through the AMOE method are subject to the same verification procedures as all other entrants and may be required to:
- confirm eligibility,
- provide proof of identity, age, and residence,
- sign an Affidavit of Eligibility,
- sign a Liability and/or Publicity Release where lawful,
- provide tax documentation if required by law, and
- complete any other reasonable verification steps required by Sponsor.
Failure to comply with any verification requirement may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited and may result in disqualification:
- use of bots, scripts, automation, macros, or similar tools;
- submission of false or misleading information;
- tampering with the AMOE form, entry process, or sweepstakes systems;
- use of multiple identities or email addresses to exceed entry limits; and
- any conduct that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, compromises the fairness, integrity, or lawful operation of the sweepstakes.
11. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the AMOE will be collected and processed in accordance with the Rafl.ai Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the privacy policy of the participating merchant.
Information may be used for:
- administration of the sweepstakes,
- entry validation,
- winner selection,
- fraud prevention,
- legal compliance,
- tax reporting,
- customer support, and
- marketing communications, where permitted by law and based on your consent choices.
12. No Transfer of Entry
AMOE entries are personal to the individual submitting the entry and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, traded, or shared.
13. Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Cancel
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel, modify, or terminate the AMOE or the applicable monthly sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the promotion.
14. Governing Rules
This AMOE page is part of the Official Rules for the applicable Rafl.ai Monthly Pooled Sweepstakes. By submitting a free AMOE entry, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, prize conditions, limitations of liability, dispute resolution provisions, and tax obligations.
